The Lady Rose captain gives evidence in court after guest died in bathroom

The captain of a luxury catamaran on which a woman died in the bathroom noticed the sewage tank levels were unusually high before departing on the fatal harbour cruise, a Sydney court has heard.
Paul Arthur Titze has pleaded guilty to unreasonably placing other’s safety at risk after an investigation found there were a number of defects on The Lady Rose that were not detected.
